Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@poloky.shop and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
